Summer for me means the return of allergies. After 2 weeks of taking over the counter hay fever meds without any improvement in my condition,I started hitting up various sources for hay fever remedies. I was willing to hold my breath, tap on the side of nostrils, drink water upside down or resign to buying plastic flowers for the rest of summer...like I was looking for ANY solution.
